Job Description
BodyPoint is a premier medical spa in Lehi specializing in hormone optimization, Morpheus8 skin tightening, peptide therapy, body contouring, and advanced aesthetic treatments. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient experiences in a welcoming, professional environment. We are looking for a reliable, positive, and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role responsible for creating a great first impression and ensuring smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls professionally and schedule patient appointments
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Process payments, insurance claims (if applicable), and manage financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries
- Assist with administrative tasks including confirming appointments and managing the patient schedule
- Help maintain patient records and ensure smooth flow throughout the clinic Requirements
- Previous front desk, medical spa, or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong computer skills (experience with scheduling software is a plus)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
