Job Description

We're looking for a positive and professional hotel front desk agent to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest at our hotel. You'll welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys and room assignments, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us. Compensation:
$11 - $12 hourly
Responsibilities:
Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests' needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs Handle customer complaints as necessary Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers
Bookkeeping:
keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready
Qualifications:
Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent About Company Structure Hospitality is a growing hotel management company in the Mountain West, managing hotels nationwide.
