$20+/hour depending on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 4% company match Paid vacation and paid time off (PTO) Hotel discounts A positive, team-oriented work environment What You'll Do As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in creating a memorable stay.
Your responsibilities include:
Greeting guests and handling check-ins and check-outs Answering phones and managing reservations Assisting guests with requests and questions in a friendly, professional manner Communicating with other departments to ensure smooth operations Handling cash transactions accurately Keeping the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming Completing end-of-shift checklists to set the next team up for success No two days are the same-this role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives on great customer interactions.
