Front Desk Agent Voco By IHG Moab Overview voco™ Moab, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is seeking an experienced Front Desk Agent who understands that front office performance directly impacts guest satisfaction and revenue. This position is ideal for hospitality professionals who take ownership, drive results, and consistently deliver elevated guest experiences while supporting hotel revenue goals. Key Responsibilities Deliver efficient and professional check-in and check-out service Ensure billing accuracy and financial accountability Handle guest concerns and service recovery confidently Promote and enroll guests in IHG One Rewards program Actively upsell room upgrades, premium views, and hotel amenities Support group arrivals, VIP guests, and repeat business Maintain compliance with IHG brand standards and internal SOPs Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to optimize room readiness Assist in mentoring and guiding newer team members Performance Expectations & Incentives This role includes performance-based earning opportunities tied to: Room upgrade upselling IHG One Rewards enrollments Guest satisfaction metrics Front desk revenue contribution High-performing team members have the opportunity to earn additional incentives based on measurable results and consistent performance.
