In this lively role, you will be the first point of contact, welcoming visitors with a warm smile and ensuring their stay is seamless from check-in to check-out. Your energetic approach to customer service will help foster a welcoming environment, making every guest feel valued and appreciated. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while working in a vibrant, guest-focused setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar hotel reservation platforms Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay Manage front desk operations efficiently, including handling phone communication with professionalism and courtesy while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure smooth hotel operations Uphold hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to guarantee guest security at all times Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details while adhering to confidentiality standards Support night audit processes when necessary, reviewing daily financial transactions and reports to ensure accuracy Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk roles within hotels or resorts, with familiarity using property management systems. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset to handle guest concerns efficiently and professionally Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and hotel management practices Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone communication and client interaction Previous experience in resort environments or with hotel experience is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
