Job Summary Energize your career as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face of our vibrant hotel resort. In this dynamic role, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by managing check-in and check-out procedures, providing accurate information, and ensuring seamless guest services. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere from the moment they walk through the door Handle all front desk operations efficiently, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences Manage guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism Maintain detailed records of guest stays, billing information, and special requests to ensure smooth operations Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly Conduct night audits as required to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy Address guest concerns or complaints proactively with a positive attitude, aiming for swift resolution and guest satisfaction Uphold high standards of hospitality management by delivering consistent, courteous service that exceeds expectations Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest profiles and managing multi-line phone systems efficiently Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred Strong background in customer service within hospitality or resort settings Multilingual skills are a significant advantage for engaging with diverse guests Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is desirable Experience with night audit procedures or guest relations roles will be beneficial Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and enthusiasm Bilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing guest interactions across different languages Join us as a Front Desk Agent and become an integral part of delivering extraordinary hospitality!
