Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a vital role in enhancing their experience at our establishment. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected and processed accurately. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Manage phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, providing information about hotel services and local attractions. Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting at the end of each day. Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing reservations and updating guest records. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs effectively. Provide multilingual support when necessary to enhance guest relations and services. Promote hotel amenities and services to guests to enhance their stay. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or hospitality management is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest services and relations. Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
