Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills and have a passion for guest services, contributing to an outstanding experience for all visitors. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, handling reservations and room assignments. Answer inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and provide recommendations to enhance guest experiences. Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the hotel management system. Assist with night audit responsibilities as needed, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests. Promote hotel amenities and services to guests, enhancing their overall stay. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience with front desk operations and night audit procedures is a plus. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry.
