Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Associate and Night Auditor, where your energetic and welcoming attitude will set the tone for an exceptional guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and ensure smooth overnight operations. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will contribute to creating a warm, efficient environment that keeps guests satisfied and returning. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and personalized assistance. Manage hotel reservations Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and resolving guest inquiries promptly. Conduct night audit procedures, balancing accounts, preparing reports, and closing daily financial transactions accurately. Enforce hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety and respond swiftly to any incidents or emergencies. Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns, resolving issues with customer service problem-solving skills, and ensuring a positive experience. Support front desk operations during overnight shifts by managing guest requests, processing payments, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams. Experience Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality management is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services standards Experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling phone etiquette professionally. Ability to problem-solve quickly while maintaining a friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
$13.50 - $14.50 per hour
