Job Overview We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Guest Services professionals to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring seamless guest check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional service, and managing guest inquiries with professionalism. Your enthusiasm and hospitality expertise will create memorable experiences for every guest. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Manage reservations using hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or property management systems (PMS). Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience. Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries promptly through multi-line phone systems and in-person interactions. Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, night audit procedures, and emergency protocols. Ensure adherence to hotel emergency procedures and safety standards at all times. Support guest relations by resolving issues with a positive attitude and proactive problem-solving skills. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment is highly preferred. Proficiency with hotel management software such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS). Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a strong plus to serve diverse guests effectively. Strong customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette, guest relations, and conflict resolution. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes is advantageous.
