Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent and a Night Audit Agent to join our hospitality team. The Front Desk Agent hours would usually be between 7am to 11pm and Night Aduit hours are from 11pm to 7am. We are looking to fill both postions. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using phone systems and property management software. Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction. Assist with night audit responsibilities as needed, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Skills Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service skills is essential. Experience in front desk operations within a hospitality or resort setting is preferred. Strong guest relations skills with the ability to resolve issues calmly and professionally. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with night audit procedures is advantageous but not required. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well under pressure are crucial for success in this role.
