Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist with the check-in process. Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using phone systems and hotel management software. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality management by adhering to company policies and procedures. Experience Previous experience in guest services or front desk operations within the hospitality industry is preferred. Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. A background in hospitality management or resort operations is beneficial but not required.
