Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent guest relations skills and be comfortable with phone systems.

Duties:

• Greet guests and provide them with check-in and check-out assistance
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Assist with room reservations and cancellations
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in using phone systems and computer software programs such as Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
