It's the foundation of everything we do. Position Summary KEES Vacations is seeking a Guest Services Agent to join our Hospitality Services team. As a Guest Services Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay. You will assist with reservations, answer questions, coordinate service requests, and resolve concerns while delivering an exceptional guest experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and approaches challenges with professionalism and empathy. Essential Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and text communication Assist guests with reservations, property information, and general inquiries Coordinate guest requests with internal departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and logistics Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally while maintaining a positive guest experience Document all guest interactions accurately within company systems Collaborate with team members to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of guest issues Maintain professionalism during periods of high call volume and seasonal demand Contribute to a team-focused environment that prioritizes hospitality and guest satisfaction
