The Candlewood Suites Richmond South located in Richmond, VA is seeking a Guest Service Agent. If you enjoy dealing and talking with people, delivering exceptional service and have great oral communication skills

• in person and over the phone
• then this job is right for you.

As a candidate you must be proficient in using a computer, great at problem solving and love customer service. The hotel is open 24/7 all year round, providing a steady and dependable work schedule. However, you must be flexible with your schedule, and be able to work on weekends and holidays to apply for this position. The Guest Service Agent starts at 7:00 am to 3:00 pm or 3:00 pm to 11:00pm. Part time night audit shifts are 11:00pm-7:00am. We have an amazing, kind and welcoming work environment
