The Front Office Agent is the first and last point of contact for guests at Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner. This role delivers warm, professional, and personalized service during guest arrivals, departures, and throughout the stay. The Front Office Agent ensures a seamless check-in and check-out experience while upholding Hyatt's luxury brand standards and commitment to exceptional guest service. The pay range for this position is an hourly rate of $20.00 to $23.00. This position is also eligible to earn overtime, shift differentials and under certain circumstances, tips, and or incentive awards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greet guests warmly and professionally; provide efficient and accurate check-in and check-out services. Register guests, assign rooms, verify payment methods, and issue room keys in accordance with Hyatt policies. Respond to guest inquiries, special requests, and service needs promptly and courteously. Handle guest concerns and service recovery opportunities with empathy and professionalism; escalate issues as needed. Maintain accurate guest profiles, reservations, and billing information in the property management system. Balance cash, credit, and folio transactions accurately at the end of each shift. Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Bell/Door, and Security, teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction and safety. Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience. Follow all safety, security, and privacy policies, including guest data protection and cash-handling procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area at all times. Support group arrivals, VIP guests, and special events as assigned. Adhere to Hyatt grooming standards and service expectations.
