Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Service Agent, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you will be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service while managing guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins with professionalism and warmth. Your energy and multitasking skills will help ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for from the moment they arrive until their departure. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills in a vibrant resort environment. Shift
  • Sun&Mon 10p-6am Night audit and 2 other days of 6am-2pm or 2p-10p must be flexable for this position 2-4 days Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests with excellent phone etiquette Provide comprehensive guest services, including answering questions about hotel amenities and local attractions Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details while ensuring data confidentiality Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and effectively Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, aiming to resolve issues swiftly and satisfactorily Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a customer-first attitude Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest population effectively Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles, including guest relations and hotel operations Experience with multi-line phone systems and hotel management software is a plus Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on courteous service delivery Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with resort settings or large-scale hospitality environments enhances your ability to excel in this role Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your proactive approach and passion for service will make every guest's stay unforgettable.
