In this role, you will provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout. You'll be responsible for managing check-ins at both the kiosk and the front desk, addressing guest needs, and creating memorable moments. You'll often be the first point of contact for our guests, many of whom have traveled hours to visit. You're the first smiling face to welcome them and orient them to this amazing destination! As part of our leadership team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love —guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You'll be one of the first associates to greet our guests and to set the tone for their entire experience. •Position starting as early as September. •Pay Rate - $17 - $18/Hr. Key Responsibilities Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times. Leading the guests through the check-in experience at our kiosks and the desk. Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily. Answer guest inquiries about resort services, facilities, restaurants, transportation, and hours of operation in a timely manner. Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms. What We're Looking For Positive and outgoing personalities that enjoy people. Must be computer-savvy and eager to provide excellent service to guests when looking into reservations and booking details. Knowledge of basic hotel functions and check-in programs. Good under pressure and in a fast-paced environment We will train the right person with the right attitude, personality, and drive.
