The Front Desk Agent will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our guests during their stay.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services
• Process reservations and cancellations accurately
• Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Skills:

• Hospitality management
• Proficiency in phone systems
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
