Job Description

Stoweflake Mountain Resort & Spa is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Overnight Front Desk Associate to join our professional family. We are located on 29 acres in Stowe Vermont. We have 32 townhouses, a 120 room inn. Our Overnight Front Desk Associate will have a friendly, supportive training process and will gain valuable experience on the job. The Overnight Front Desk Associate assures the highest possible level of visitors and guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service. serves as the first point of contact for guests and manages all aspects of their accommodation. Responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations, and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities. Also responsible for patrolling the hotel premises, light maintenance duties. Must have good people skills for interacting with the public. Must have computer skills and a valid driver's license

Responsibilities:
Greet guests and complete the check-in process using our PMS system Confirm guest information and input any missing info, selection of room, code electronic keys Provide information to guests about hotel amenities & local area Answer and manage phone calls in a timely manner, managing multiple tasks at once Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner Evaluate safety equipment and report any damage, maintenance, security, or safety issues Notify team members and management of suspicious behaviors Assist management and enforcement officers in emergency situations Ensure that all hotel keys are distributed to the appropriate parties and that guest privacy is maintained Resolve escalated guest relations issues when needed Positively represent and promote the property Other Duties as
Assigned Requirements:
Valid Driver's License Friendly Positive attitude Exceptional customer service skills required Must possess computer skills Ability to move, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods of time Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal A can-do attitude and a hands-on approach
