Job Description

Job description We are currently seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role primarily covers part time night audit, with the flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed for vacations, sick days, or staffing needs. Availability for both weekdays and weekends, including some holidays, is essential. We strive to maintain a consistent schedule for all team members whenever possible.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation requests (in person and over the phone) Manage a multi-line phone system and respond to guest inquiries Provide prompt assistance and deliver guest-requested items Maintain lobby cleanliness (including windows and vacuuming as needed) Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Assist with laundry operations (washing, drying, folding linens) using commercial equipment Cross-train for morning shifts and support various hotel departments as needed Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and care Perform miscellaneous tasks or projects assigned by management Setting up basic hotel breakfast during night audit
Qualifications:
Prior hotel or front desk experience preferred; training available for the right candidate Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to stay calm and efficient in a busy or high-pressure environment Detail-oriented and dependable Comfortable using computers and hotel reservation systems Must be a team player with a positive attitude Able to lift light loads (e.g., linens) and stand for extended periods Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts Experience handling guest relations or hospitality systems Join our team and be part of a 24/7 hospitality environment where your contributions make a difference every day.
