We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.
Duties:
  • Greet guests warmly and provide them with necessary information about the hotel and its amenities
  • Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all transactions
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications
  • Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, payments, and other relevant information
  • Operate phone systems and respond to incoming calls in a courteous manner
  • Provide exceptional guest services by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
  • Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Experience:
  • Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality management is preferred
  • Multilingual skills are a plus, especially proficiency in [list relevant languages]
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and night audit procedures is advantageous
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
