Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or property management systems (PMS) Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, demonstrating strong customer service problem-solving skills Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details while ensuring data security and confidentiality Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met swiftly and effectively Use multi-line phone systems to communicate effectively with guests and internal teams, supporting seamless operations Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a focus on guest relations Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse clientele with ease and confidence Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS) Excellent customer service skills combined with strong communication abilities over the phone and in person Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety and quick response during incidents Ability to handle customer service challenges with professionalism and empathy Resort experience or hotel experience preferred, especially in busy or high-volume environments Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating welcoming environments where every guest feels valued!
