You will leverage core skills in reservation systems, guest services, and front desk procedures to handle check-ins, phone inquiries, and courteous checkout experiences. With premium capabilities in multilingual communication and hotel management, you will support nightly audit tasks, revenue accuracy, and property procedures. Your role contributes to a seamless stay, strong guest relations, and a well-run, hospitable hotel environment. Responsibilities Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using OPERA and other PMS systems. Provide exceptional front desk and guest services, handling inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism. Process reservations, room assignments, and billing, including credit card payments and cash transactions. Maintain a clean, organized reception area and ensure hotel safety and emergency procedures are followed. collaborate with housekeeping and management to coordinate guest needs and resolve issues promptly. Qualifications Experience at the front desk with hotel operations and guest services, including check-in/check-out procedures Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and OPERA; strong reservation and phone communication skills Excellent customer service, hospitality orientation, and ability to handle cash/credit card transactions Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and maintenance of a clean, organized workspace
