Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding guest service. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming environment, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the smooth daily operation of the front desk. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently. Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest questions. Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly. Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information. Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are addressed. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area. Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards. Assist with other front desk and hotel duties as needed. Qualifications Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn hotel reservation systems. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Pay:
$17.13 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 per week
