Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage various tasks in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations. Assist with billing processes and resolve any discrepancies. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and messages. Uphold high standards of guest relations, addressing any concerns promptly. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in hospitality management or front desk operations is preferred. Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in phone etiquette and managing phone systems. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to assist guests in any way possible. •Must be able to work both day and evening shifts when needed.
