As a Front Desk Agent at our newly rebranded Garner™ by IHG , you are the first point of contact for our guests. You will play a critical role in creating memorable guest experiences by providing genuine, efficient, and attentive service. You'll be expected to embody the Garner spirit — friendly, approachable, and dependable. Shifts will be 3PM-11PM and include: Warmly welcome and check-in/check-out guests efficiently and professionally. Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests via phone, email, and in person. Promote IHG One Rewards loyalty program and encourage guest enrollment. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Resolve guest issues promptly with a positive and solution-focused attitude. Process payments and maintain accurate records using the hotel's PMS system. Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams. Assist with daily administrative tasks and ensure the lobby area remains clean and inviting. Uphold Garner's brand standards and values in every guest interaction. Qualifications & Requirements Previous front desk or customer service experience in hospitality is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality coursework a plus. Proficiency with hotel PMS (e.g., Hotel Key, OnQ, or similar) is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A team player with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
