Duties Greet new and returning bowlers with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued Opening and closing lanes Calling back lane issues to the mechanics Fetching dead wood and stuck balls on the lanes Cleaning the lanes after bowlers leave Picking up leftover balls and ramps Sanitizing shoes Provide customer support by addressing questions or concerns with a positive attitude and effective communication skills Experience Previous customer service work preferred, but not required Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets energetic service!
