Job Description

Soak on the Sound | Guest Service Staff Position Soak on the Sound is the Olympic Peninsula's premier, award-winning salt-water soaking and sauna experience. We are currently seeking upbeat, competent staff members with exceptional guest service skills and sales experience. We strive to provide an idyllic work experience for our employees. Responsibilities:

Guest Service Staff are expected to perform any and all tasks associated with the day-to-day running of Soak. This is a

FAST-PACED

work environment.

Tasks will include:

greeting guests, front desk reception and sales, tub room turnover and cleaning, routine daily cleaning of the spa, retail sales, towel folding, etc. While performing the Guest Service Staff role you will take reservations, refresh rooms between guests, monitor the tubs, and run the register, all while making sure each guest's needs are being met and exceeded.

Please note:

This role requires alcohol sales and some shifts require employee to be working alone. MAST certification will need to be obtained within two weeks of hire.

Pay:

Starting base pay plus abundant tips and generous perks, including use of the facilities. Growth opportunity within the position. We are looking for a committed, rockstar employees.
