About This Role You are the heartbeat of our workspace — the first face people see and the first voice they hear. As the Front Desk Hospitality Coordinator, you will embody the Thinkspace brand: creating a remarkable first impression , delivering exceptional service , and supporting an environment where Massive Heart , Beginner Mindset , Harmony , Epic Journey , and Togetherness aren't just slogans, but daily practice. We are looking for someone who approaches their work like an athlete in training: showing up consistently, welcoming feedback, striving for personal bests, and playing to elevate the entire team.
Your Core Responsibilities First Contact Excellence:
Welcome every visitor, member, and guest with presence, professionalism, and genuine warmth. You set the tone for their entire experience.
Member & Guest Support:
Answer calls, handle inquiries, manage reservations for meeting rooms, and coordinate hospitality services like catering, setup, and A/V equipment.
Mail & Package Handling:
Receive, organize, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Sales Support:
Create tailored tour packets, conduct office tours alongside the sales team, and help onboard new members into the community.
Workspace Care:
Maintain and replenish hospitality stations (kitchens, workrooms, meeting rooms), ensuring everything feels clean, intentional, and welcoming.
Community Energy:
Help activate the "Thinkspace vibe" through daily operations, event support, and simple acts of care and thoughtfulness for the community. What It Takes to

Must-Have Skills Highly polished verbal and written communication Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail Tech-savvy and adaptable (we use a lot of tools to run our business — you'll love this if you're curious and quick!) Professional presence that adapts to startup founders, attorneys, CEOs, and investors Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently Positive, resilient, and energized by helping others Bonus Points If You Have experience in coworking, hospitality, boutique hotel, or concierge environments Can type 50+ WPM and lift 30 lbs (you might need to move modular furniture now and then!)
