Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Full-Time Hotel Front Office Desk Agent, working weekdays and weekends to deliver exceptional guest experiences. In this lively role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, providing personalized service, and ensuring every visitor feels valued and cared for. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create memorable stays for our guests while maintaining smooth front desk operations. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly phone etiquette and professional guest interactions Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests with clarity and courtesy Check guests in and out swiftly while verifying reservations, processing payments, and updating guest records accurately Provide comprehensive guest services including answering questions about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions Handle night audit procedures when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight Maintain smooth front desk operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs promptly Assist with guest relations by resolving issues professionally and ensuring every visitor's stay exceeds expectations Experience Prior experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems enhances efficiency in daily tasks Knowledge of resort operations and guest services best practices contributes to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences Experience with night audit procedures is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Strong customer service skills combined with excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this energetic role Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to creating welcoming environments where every guest feels at home.
