Job Description
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hampton Inn Richland/Tri-Cities. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay. This position is full-time and works morning shifts of 6:00am-2:30pm and weekends are required. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively. Utilize phone systems to manage reservations and provide customer support. Perform data entry tasks related to guest information and billing accurately. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles preferred. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential. Familiarity with front desk operations or similar environments is a plus. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
