Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hospitality team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for a memorable guest experience, fostering guest satisfaction and loyalty. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering a friendly and professional check-in experience Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently Assist guests with their needs during their stay, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Handle guest check-outs accurately while processing payments and resolving billing questions Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy Maintain guest records meticulously and update reservation systems promptly to facilitate smooth operations Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality setting Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to guest relations Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems Knowledge of hospitality standards, including phone etiquette and guest services procedures Ability to handle night audit responsibilities with attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating professionalism at all times Join us in creating welcoming environments where every guest feels valued!
