MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR 11 PM SHIFT
Responsibilities Greet guests and complete check-in and check-out efficiently and professionally. Verify identification and process payment according to hotel policies. Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously. Communicate special requests to appropriate departments and follow through to ensure completion. Answer and route telephone calls professionally. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, events, and special packages. Post room charges, process payments, reconcile transactions, and complete cash-handling procedures. Communicate important guest and operational information to the next shift. Handle guest messages, mail, and wake-up call requests. Complete daily checklists and assigned front desk duties. Drive company vehicles as needed and when authorized. Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and professional front desk environment. Work collaboratively with all hotel departments. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Required licenses or certifications as applicable. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Strong communication, customer-service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional appearance and dependable work habits. Flexible availability, including days,evenings, weekends, and holidays.
