Front Desk Administrative Specialist

•Full Time Job Purpose To perform customer service duties to ensure maximum member support as prescribed in the Compromise and Settlement Agreement.

Reports To Administrative Office Manager Compensation & Status Salary Range:

$19.00

•$21.00 per hour | Full-Time | Non-Exempt Minimum Qualifications At least 18 years old Valid Washington State Driver's License Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Must be able to multitask Microsoft Office experience preferred QuickBooks Desktop experience preferred Required to sign a nondisclosure confidentiality agreement Key Responsibilities Process customer payments daily Answer phones and transfer calls Process permits Make collection calls Maintain member records Issue decals and gate cards Scan documents daily Answering member questions and complaints Process membership paperwork Read and understand Park Rules, ByLaws and Tribal agreement Other duties as assigned Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance after successful completion of probationary period. 40 hours vacation granted Insurance after successful completion of probationary period. 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked. 401(k) retirement plan with 3% company match Six paid holidays Four personal days Various leave options, please see handbook.
