Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team during the evening shift from 3pm to 11pm. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and proactive solutions Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information promptly Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Ensure smooth communication between departments by relaying messages and coordinating guest needs Uphold phone etiquette standards when answering calls and managing multiple lines simultaneously Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports as needed Maintain a clean, organized front desk area that reflects the hospitality standards of the property Skills Strong background in hospitality management and customer service with previous hotel or resort experience preferred Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences Proficiency in front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and reservation software Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management practices is a plus Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while maintaining professionalism at all times Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
