Job Description
Open availability required, We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional customer service in a hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about services and amenities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Proficiency in multilingual communication is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures is advantageous
