Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Associate, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. This energetic role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, efficient check-in and check-out processes, and seamless communication. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for guests' entire stay, ensuring they feel valued and cared for from arrival to departure. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the hotel. Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach. Operate multi-line phone systems to answer calls promptly, provide information, and route inquiries appropriately. Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and billing details. Assist with night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy and reporting at the end of each shift. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly and effectively. Other duties as assigned Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle guest interactions professionally. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for shift coverage. Prior experience with night audit procedures or hotel experience is a plus. Pay:
$17.25 - $18.50 per hour
