Catering to both business and leisure travelers, Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Associate to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their check-in and check-out experiences are seamless and welcoming. Your enthusiasm for hospitality, combined with excellent communication skills, will help create memorable stays for our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while delivering exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures using hotel management software for the Synxis system. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude. Manage multi-line phone systems, provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, arrivals, departures, and billing details. Enforce hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest security at all times. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in front desk operations preferred. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous for serving diverse guests. Familiarity with hotel management systems such as Synxis is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols. Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems. Resort or hotel experience is desirable; however, motivated newcomers with a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply.
