  • Part-time, Full-time Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Associate, where you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out.
This energetic role requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. As the first point of contact, you will handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and coordinate with various hotel departments to deliver seamless hospitality. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for our guests' stay and contribute to the overall success of our resort. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and resolving guest inquiries promptly. Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software with attention to detail. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing requests, resolving issues, and offering local recommendations to enhance their stay. Conduct night audits by balancing accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Maintain guest relations through personalized service and attentive communication, fostering a welcoming environment. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met swiftly and effectively. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette. Ability to handle night audit procedures confidently while maintaining accuracy under pressure. Previous hotel experience in a resort or similar setting is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to build positive guest relations and deliver outstanding hospitality experiences.
