Job Description

Metropolis Resort is seeking a dedicated and friendly hotel front desk worker to join our overnight hotel team. As a hotel front desk worker, you will be the face of our resort, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guests' needs are met throughout their stay. Overnight your primary focus will be on reports and pre-arrival support. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, along with a genuine passion for delivering top-notch service to our guests. Joining the front desk team at Metropolis Resort offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. This position also has outstanding opportunity for advancement and leadership roles. The part time position will strictly be overnight shifts Friday and Saturday from 11pm-7am. . Weekends are the primary time needed for this Position. The hourly wage is $16.50 during day hours and $17.50 for overnight hours.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression by offering a friendly and professional demeanor at the front desk. Balances cash drawers by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift. Reconciles nightly finances and reports. Provides pre-arrival support for guests arriving to the resort. Audit and balance daily financial activities Respond to guest inquiries, including reservations, special requests, and complaints, in a courteous and timely manner. Keep updated on resort offerings, promotions, and local events to provide guests with relevant and engaging information. Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and skills related to customer service and hospitality.
