In this energetic role, you'll be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for memorable stays, creating a positive atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Whether managing reservations, assisting with guest inquiries, or coordinating with other departments, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-tier hospitality and guest satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while working in a lively, guest-focused environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately. Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly, ensuring their needs are met with a friendly attitude. Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information using hotel management software. Assist with night audit procedures, reconciling daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing concerns, offering local recommendations, and fostering positive guest relations. Support hotel operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting. Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building. Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation platforms is highly desirable. Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently. Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel accounting practices. Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and professional in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
