RESPONSIBILITIES

As a guest services representative, you will be the face of the Radisson La Crosse. You will be responsible for, but not limited to: Incoming and outgoing guests, phone calls, reservations and other day-to-day functions of the hotel Ensuring timely and impeccable prioritization and organization of your workspace and general lobby spaces Presenting a positive attitude and polished appearance to guest and team members Communicating effectively with all guests, staff and vendors Transport guests to/from airport

REQUIREMENTS

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of one-year of hotel front desk experience, other hotel experience or experience in a customer service environment Experience in Opera system preferred Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills Must have a valid driver's license and be able to successfully pass a driving record check Ability to safely operate company vehicles for transporting guests to and from the airport or as needed. Works well independently or as part of a team Strong attention to detail Commitment to exceptional guest service Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when handling all situations Adhere to the policies and procedures of the hotel Ability to work a flexible schedule including, nights, holidays and weekends Working knowledge of computer and math skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Required to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of times Lift, carry, or otherwise move and use of force or exertion up to 75 lbs. Use of manual dexterity of common office equipment; such as but not limited to, computers, printers, phones ect. Ability to model
