Job Description

In this people oriented position, expectations include: providing exceptional guest service in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision, going out of the way to meet guest needs while ensuring accuracy in front office duties, keeping a clean and well organized work space. Looking for individuals who can work part time: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday from 3PM to 9PM. Flexibility for additional hours based on season demands needed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival. Register guests, verifying reservation, address, and credit card information. Assist guests with arrival and departure from hotel Provide positive guests experiences and exceptional guest service. Enthusiastically assist guests with concierge service, as needed. Maintain clean and orderly work space and perform any cleaning duties assigned. Offer courteous and sincere hospitality at all times Use good judgment and common sense at all times Be committed to treating guests and your coworkers equally Be ready to begin work at the correct time Adhere to dress code policy Be honest and reliable Work closely with maintenance and housekeeping to ensure any issues are resolved Greet and welcome guests upon arrival. Register guests, verifying reservation, address, and credit card information. Accept accurate payment for guests accounts both at the time of registration and at checkout. Verify that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated. Resolve guest issues quickly, efficiently and courteously. Ensure all aspects of reservations operate smoothly, including taking inquiries and making reservations. Update and enter customer information Actively participate in guest relations. Build strong relationships with frequent transient hotel guests. Uphold the hotels commitment to hospitality Performs other duties as determined by the Hotel Manager Carries out all reasonable requests of management, not listed above.
Experience:
Hotel:
1 year (Preferred) HS Diploma or GED required 1+ years of customer service required
