Job Description
Responsibilities:
Must pass background check _ Shifts would vary. Shifts are 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am with main shift being 3pm-11pm- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby including disinfecting, vacuuming and mopping
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reservations management
Requirements:
_ Must pass background check _ Must have open availability including weekends- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in hotel management or guest relations is a plus
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using front desk software and computer systems
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays ```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
- Fluent in multiple languages is a plus
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures
- Familiarity with night audit processes and procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
