We are seeking a Front Desk Agent who is motivated by achieving goals, maintaining high performance standards, and contributing to the success of hotel operations in Milwaukee, WI. In this guest-facing hotel front desk role, you will execute check-in and check-out procedures, manage reservations, resolve guest concerns, and support the overall performance objectives of the hotel. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment. No prior hotel experience is required — this is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in hospitality operations, hotel management, and property leadership with a company that invests in its people. Starting pay at $16.50/hour + performance based incentives with potential for additional $50+/week.
