Full Job Description Overview:
Valid Drivers License Required above 18 , with clean record Shuttle driving is part of this position. Days are Sunday Monday Tuesday 3PM-11PM Hotel/Motel Experience Preferred not Necessary We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest experiences at our hotel. - Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Process payments and manage guest accounts accurately
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Proficiency in using front desk software systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is beneficial
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
