Job Description
About us We are looking for a Front Desk Associate to join our team. We are looking to fill vacancy for our 3-11pm shift. Each pay period will have 3p-11pm shifts, Days of the week will vary with pay period. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and communication skills, a friendly personality, willing to do whatever it takes to help a guest and is a team player. They will be required to answer phones, take guest and owner reservations, and greet guests upon check in and check out. Continental breakfast assistance and stocking will be required as well as light cleaning in the common areas of the hotel. The Pointe Hotel & Suites is Minocqua's premier waterfront condo hotel. We feature 69 studio and condo-suites on Lake Minocqua. We have an onsite indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna and fitness center.
