About us We are looking for a Front Desk Associate to join our team. We are looking for someone for varied shifts 7-3 and / or 3-11. Days of the week will vary with pay period. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and communication skills, a friendly personality, willing to do whatever it takes to help a guest and is a team player. They will be required to answer phones, take guest and owner reservations, and greet guests upon check in and check out. Continental breakfast assistance and stocking will be required as well as light cleaning in the common areas of the hotel. The Pointe Hotel & Suites is Minocqua's premier waterfront condo hotel. We feature 69 studio and condo-suites on Lake Minocqua. We have an onsite indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna and fitness center.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a welcoming attitude upon arrival and assign rooms accordingly Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately Handle phone and online reservations professionally Verify payment methods and credit card information Provide guests with detailed information about room rates, hotel amenities, and local attractions Respond promptly to guest concerns and complaints with professionalism Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest information
