Job Description

About us We are looking for a Front Desk Associate to join our team. We are looking to fill varied shifts throughout the year. This position scheduled to be every Friday and Saturday 11pm-7am. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and communication skills, a friendly personality, and willing to do whatever it takes to help a guest and team. They will be required to answer phones, take guest and owner reservations, and greet guests upon check in and check out. Continental breakfast assistance and stocking will be required as well as light cleaning in the common areas of the hotel.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner. Provide basic information about the hotel and area. Answer telephone calls. Enter reservations into the hotel's reservation system. Handle customer concerns on shift Check Guests in and out of
Hotel Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
